Different granting programs have different reporting processes. Check your grant notification letter, which outlines the steps you will need to take once you have completed your grant funded work and funds have been spent.
We always love to receive photos, video links and stories about your work and its impact in the community. Please ensure that you have consent to share these items and anonymize information that should remain private.
Community Grant Program recipients can complete their Final Report online, using the Grants Portal [add link to Grants Portal page]. To do so, you will need to do the following:
- Choose the calendar year of the grant you are reporting on.
- Enter your application year, your organization’s full charitable number and your password.
- Select the Final Report tab.
