By naming the Victoria Foundation as a beneficiary of your estate, adding to an existing fund, putting plans in place for a future fund or having the Foundation simply facilitate your charitable giving through outright future gifts, you can change your mind about the charities you want to support without having to revise your Will.
Your executor and legal and accounting advisors will only need to deal with us as the sole charitable beneficiary in your will for the administration of the estate. We provide one donation receipt for the estate tax returns and handle all the distributions for your charitable giving.
