Funding helps organizations adapt to impacts of COVID-19 pandemic

The Community Services Recovery Fund was a one-time $400 million investment made by the Government of Canada. It helped community service organizations (charities, non-profits, Indigenous governing bodies) adapt and modernize their operations to help recover from the impacts of the pandemic. This program was a collaboration between the Canadian Red Cross, Community Foundations of Canada and United Way Centraide Canada. The Victoria Foundation, alongside community foundations from across the country, granted funds to organizations in our respective regions.
