Award for a student in the Professional Cook Certificate program for at least one month. The recipient must be self-motivated, passionate about cooking and learning, and has demonstrated job-related social skills including leadership, positive attitude, enthusiasm, respect, and ability to work well as part of a team. The ideal recipient is socially responsible through community involvement/volunteering.
