Amy Rogness Riss

Amy Rogness Ris is the Assistant Director for Early Years programs at DDA (Developmental Disabilities Association). In that role, she oversees the Vancouver Infant Development Program and the Fostering Early Development Program – a one-of-its-kind developmental screening program specifically for children in care, from birth to age 6. She has worked in the field of early intervention for over 20 years, providing support to families with young children in home, school, and community settings. She is passionate about supporting families with both relational attunement and evidence-based practices. She is currently President of the Western Canada Association for Infant Mental Health and holds a small private practice called Mayday Parenting.
