Jacqueline Neligan runs the unique and life-changing LAFF program that operates out of Ladysmith’s Aggie Hall. It offers a supportive space Tuesday to Friday mornings, where families can find everything from meals, to a food bank, clothing exchange, exercise and development classes for kids 0-6, and a chance to meet new friends.
