Grant Snapshot: We provide hands-on learning opportunities in sustainable food systems for youth and new-entrant farmers at the Sandown Centre for Regenerative Agriculture. Requested funding will go towards employing young, aspiring farmers to operate the Learning Farm, including harvesting and distributing produce to partners across the Capital Region, and facilitating on-farm field trips for K-12 students in regenerative agriculture and food literacy.
