Grant Snapshot: Concerts in Care is a professional music program dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults in care and the community. Through the delivery of 30 live 45-minute concerts performed by fairly paid professional musicians, we will bring joy, comfort, and social connection to seniors, while providing respite for caregivers and staff in the CRD geographic area.
