Grant Snapshot: The Family Assistance Program is a life line for children and their families in the CRD. It provides support and funding to fill in the gaps in existing pediatric healthcare funding. It is bridge for parents to access medical treatment, equipment and other resources that they may not have been able to afford and provide for their child, which supports more equitable health outcomes for all.
