Grant Snapshot: Access to health care services for island residents remains severely under-resourced. Island Health has agreed to provide a second physician and nurse practitioner. The current clinic will transform into a community health centre with adequate support staffing and wrap-around health services. Once established, the centre will be sustained by projects providing health and wellness services to residents and visitors.
