Grant Snapshot: The program provides free, empowering, nonvisual skills training to people experiencing vision loss and other blind adults in Greater Victoria. Funding will support instructor wages, rent, program resources, ensuring we continue offering independent travel training, Braille literacy, adaptive technology instruction. Our CARF-accredited program is the only of its kind in BC, equipping blind individuals with essential skills for independence.
