Grant Snapshot: This grant will support Take a Hike Youth Mental Health Foundation in providing critical mental health and well-being supports to vulnerable youth and their families in our Saanich and Sooke-Westshore programs. We do this through our evidence-based program model that incorporates full-time clinical counselling and land-based learning in an alternative education classroom.
