Grant Snapshot: The Umbrella Society for Addictions and Mental Health is seeking support to sustain our counselling program serving individuals and families impacted by substance use in Greater Victoria. Funding will support a part-time clinical counsellor and supervision for two Master’s-level practicum student counsellors. This vital program is at risk due to Island Health funding ending March 31, 2026.
