The mission of the North Saanich Parks Ecosystem Restoration Society (known as Friends of North Saanich Parks) is to mobilize volunteers to remove invasive plant species and restore ecosystems in North Saanich parks. As well, they strive to educate volunteers, youth, and residents about related ecological matters. They hope to remove all the invasive plant species out of a series of parks, plant native species to ensure rejuvenation, and support the development of stewardship for these parks.
