Mary-Lynn joined the Victoria Foundation after eight years in fundraising roles and nearly twenty years in corporate marketing. After her daughter was born, Mary-Lynn sought a career that would offer greater personal fulfillment. In 2017 she transitioned to the non-profit sector, thus beginning a new phase in her career centered on philanthropy and social impact. Her extensive background spanning both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, has equipped her with a versatile skill set. Mary-Lynn excels in building relationships, communicating effectively, fostering collaboration, and applying critical thinking to drive meaningful outcomes. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading and exploring all that Victoria has to offer.
