Sushil has worked in the non-profit sector for over 30 years – a sector core to healthy communities and the quality of life in Canada. From Boards of Directors to senior leadership, a consulting practice and now the Victoria Foundation, she brings an equity lens to her work, including food security, Indigenous relationships, youth, environment and knowledge creation, including community-based research. As the Manager of Strategic Initiatives, she supports community-led solutions development, piloting initiatives, and research.
