Valeriia was born and raised in Ukraine and moved to Victoria in 2022. She holds a master’s degree in economics and has experience working in Canada’s non-profit sector, as well as a background in administration, business, and bookkeeping in Ukraine. Valeriia and her family received great support from the community when they arrived, and she is thrilled now for the opportunity to join the Victoria Foundation and to give back.
