‘People are going to die’: Victoria Grandmothers for Africa raising awareness about Trump’s funding freeze

Victoria Grandmothers for Africa volunteers were shocked to see the Trump administration halt life-saving AIDS funding in Africa. Non-profits had been working towards a goal of ending AIDS by 2030 — thanks in large part to US AID funding as well as efforts by Canada’s Stephen Lewis Foundation.
