The FPSS Society is committed to providing meaningful and accessible support, education and networking services which will continually enhance the skills and abilities of foster parents to deliver the best care possible to the children in their homes. They work to establish a nurturing environment for caregivers that empower foster parents to become involved, enriching their understanding of Ministry expectations, and increasing their caregiver competency, awareness, and accountability.
