The purpose of the Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria (ICA) is to support the full integration of newcomer immigrants and refugees into the social, economic, and civic life of the Capital Region. ICA offers a wide range of services that help newcomers access housing, healthcare, and employment as well as English language instruction and mentorship. Alongside their direct services to newcomers, ICA provides anti-racism programming and community education.
