Grant Snapshot: 1000X5 Children's Book Recycling Project Society supports young children and learning by providing books for babies and preschoolers in this crucial early brain development and literacy stage. Every child gains a home library and has those books read to them 1000 times by age five, building lifelong language, literacy and social-emotional skills . Many families, due to poverty or unfamiliarity with early reading do not own many or any books.
