Grant Snapshot: PRISM is a group mentoring program for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth aged 14–18. In a safe, affirming space, youth are matched with trained mentors who share their lived experiences or are strong allies. Together, they build the confidence, resilience, and sense of belonging that every young person deserves. PRISM counters isolation, supports mental health, and helps youth thrive as themselves.
