Grant Snapshot: Connected Lives reduces isolation and strengthens wellbeing for people living with cerebral palsy (CP) and their families. CPABC provides peer connection, information and referral, inclusive recreation, and community education across the lifespan. These programs build belonging, support families through life transitions, and help people with disabilities participate fully in their communities.
