Grant Snapshot: North Park Neighbourhood Association (NPNA) seeks general operating support to sustain neighbourhood-based programs and civic participation in one of Victoria’s most housing and income-precarious communities. Funding will stabilize food access programming, youth recreation and leadership initiatives, and volunteer-supported neighbourhood coordination while ensuring residents facing systemic barriers can participate in decisions affecting housing, safety, and community wellbeing.
