Grant Snapshot: Over 10 years, Islanders Working Against Violence (IWAV) growth includes 72 units of affordable housing, a sexual assault program and a client garden. We have 5 major program areas and over 35 employees. This Victoria Foundation (VF) grant will help create a new Human Resources (HR) manual and provide training to serve valued IWAV employees with HR excellence.
