Grant Snapshot: The Mayne Island Community Stewardship Program engages the community of SḴŦAḴ | Mayne Island in stewardship of the islands terrestrial and nearshore ecosystems. We use a combination of engagement tools including volunteer-led habitat restoration in public parks, in-person landholder consultations, public education events, and citizen science monitoring programs.
