Grant Snapshot: Thrive is seeking funding to purchase and implement MyCompass, a person-centered case management software designed to humanize service planning and support coordination for people with disabilities and neurodiverse individuals. The platform will enable Thrive staff, participants, and families to collaboratively plan goals, track progress, and strengthen community connections while improving service coordination, accountability, and program evaluation.
