Grant Snapshot: Building on the achievements of the previous 4 years, this project aims to strengthen the collaboration among twelve settlement agencies and mental health agencies in Greater Victoria, including VCST stakeholders in Duncan and Nanaimo, to address training and professional development needs, and to understand torture, and how to improve community services for survivors of torture and their families.
