Grant Snapshot: Now in its third year, this multi-program initiative uses an anti-racism and strengths-based approach to support equity-deserving communities through food sovereignty, youth skill-building, and inclusive cultural spaces. By integrating the Welcome Gardens and Enable programs, participants gain gardening and food knowledge that strengthens local food resilience, while youth develop leadership and financial skills in shared community spaces.
