Grant Snapshot: This program will support low-income and at-risk seniors and people with disabilities by providing on-site community building programs and vital tenant support services. In partnership with GVHS, we will combat loneliness and isolation and ensure 100 vulnerable renters at Campbell Lodge have access to the resources, support and care that they need to age well in place with dignity.
